Background
In 2021, KDIGO published its Guideline for the Management of Glomerular Diseases. This 2024 update is a focused revision of the ANCA-associated vasculitis (AAV) chapter, prompted in part by the regulatory approval of avacopan in late 2021, and takes into account randomised controlled trial evidence published since February 2022.
