Defining Relationships Among Tests for Kidney Transplant Antibody-Mediated Rejection

717 indication biopsies comparing standard-of-care histology, MMDx molecular diagnosis, donor-derived cell-free DNA and DSA. Intertest correlation hierarchy was MMDx > dd-cfDNA > histology > DSA. MMDx diagnosed AbMR more often than histology, and molecular rejection predicted graft outcomes better than histologic rejection — confirmed in the earlier INTERCOMEX cohort.
